Girl Scouts of Western Washington is passionate about offering additional ways to support the banking needs of our troop leaders and other volunteers. We are always considering new, feasible ways to improve and streamline banking for volunteers.
New this year, Girl Scouts of Western Washington will issue one Visa debit card per Girl Scout bank account. The bank account signer you select to receive the debit card should not forward or share the card and PIN number information.
How to order:
Please complete the Visa Debit Card Request Form and return the form to:
GSWW Banking Coordinator
Seattle Administrative Office
PO Box 900961
Seattle, WA 98109
Please allow 30 days for processing. This will give the bank time to verify the signer on the form is also a signer on the bank account.
If the bank does not have the signer listed in the Bank of America database, the GSWW Banking Coordinator will contact the volunteer to complete a new signature form to update bank records. The GSWW Banking Coordinator will also request a completed Volunteer Financial Agreement form if one has not already been completed. Both of these steps must be completed before the debit card can be ordered.
