The GSWW Store exists to serve our volunteers and girls! We appreciate your business and want you to know that the money that you spend in the stores benefits and supports the girls and activities of Girl Scouts of Western Washington.
Store locations
Girl Scouts of Western Washington has two store locations - in DuPont, Washington, and Seattle, Washington.

Both stores carry most of the merchandise that you will find in the Girl Scout catalog, including handbooks, Great Start Kits, pins, badges, patches, uniforms, recognitions, gifts, craft kits, scrap booking supplies, songbooks and many other fun items.
Store closures
To ensure that the store is open, make sure to call before visiting! Scheduled closures for 2008-2009:

How to shop by mail, phone, fax, or email
You can shop in person at either of the GSWW Store locations, or you can shop by phone, fax, email, or mail through the Seattle Store. Orders will be mailed directly to you within 2 working days of receiving your request.

Catalog
A new catalog is mailed from GSUSA every June. Please be sure that you are ordering from the most current catalog as items and prices can change. Request a new catalog.
Payment
We accept cash, checks, Visa, and Mastercard. No COD orders will be accepted. Please make all checks payable to Girl Scouts of Western Washington. If you charge you order to Visa or MasterCard, it will ship immediately. If paying by check, we will ship your order as soon as we receive your check in the store.
Shipping and handling
The State of Washington has implemented a destination-based sales tax program which affects the sales tax that GSWW charges on all mail order sales. We are now required to charge the sales tax of the destination where a package is being mailed.
Please make sure to include your 9 digit zip code with every order!
Shipping and handling charges are added to your subtotal and tax is figured on the total amount including shipping and handling.

Returns
Unused items may be returned for credit or exchanged for other merchandise as long as the returned item has not been discontinued and is in sellable condition.
Gift Registry
A troop and gift registry is offered by the GSWW Store. Troop leaders can fill out a registry form that indicates what the troop will provide for the girls and what you would like the parents to purchase when they come into the store. Call the store location nearest you to find out more!
